Cortes the Killer

 Hi You Cannabis Lawyer,
 I write seeking to enforce the terms of the agreement signed between me and my former employer. I worked at Cardinal Health Inc. of 

[Local Address Here] for a little over 4 years and held the position of a Sales Analyst. I was responsible for analyzing data regarding sales performance,compile month-end sales analysis and prepare studies, reports and sales analysis for the company. I started working on the 11 February 2020 and was fired on the 14 of June 2023.

The new manager that was transferred to our branch made a couple of advances at me which I turned down, she even asked me to spend the weekend with her, which I declined.  One day she walked into my office and started rubbing my thighs and tried to kiss me. I reported the sexual advances I was facing to the HR who promised to look into it, but the next email I got was a letter of termination. The manager is related to the CEO so it was easy to get rid of me.

I signed a severance agreement which I negotiated and till date, I haven't received my payoff. I will like to sue for a breach of the terms of the agreement. I have attached emails demanding my pay and some other paperwork I have.
