Elio's Inferno of Loans

Amazing Blockchain Lawyer with Amazing Legal Prowess

I really appreciate your level of professionalism. but let me brief you in details, the debtor's name is
Curtis Bradford. We started dating in June 2018, we met in Punta Cana, Mexico when he came over and it was a business trip,I was managing my late father's software business/estate. I was in a sad place at the time as I had just lost my father who was all I had as a family. I and Curtis kicked off a happy relationship almost immediately as he was so sweet and supportive, so I packed up and went back with him to Washington, where we started living together within the confines of a civil partnership.

In 2021 Curtis came to me financially seeking assistance, he said he needed money to inject into a new real estate flipping business venture he was embarking on and because we were dating at that time I lent him the money. We both traveled back to Mexico and I transferred the funds to him. Attached is a copy of the loan Agreement between us. At present Curtis owes me $1,950,000 plus The interest. I would be extremely glad if you can assist me with this problem as I am currently diagnosed with cancer receiving treatments in Mexico and hence the reason I want to settle this matter so I can pay for hospital bills etc...

Also my Fathers business Suffered partially and this has made the process of recovering the money a little bit more difficult. I will be able to pay for legal services on a traditional hourly rate basis , but should decide to avoid a suit he will be responsible for all legal fees as stated in the loan agreement. my expectation of your services for now will be within the ranks of a Demand letter to him. I believe this approach will trigger a much-needed response/action from him in regards to paying what I am owed. I am aware that there would be a charge for your services- or a retainer payment, because I know for a fact that Curtis would be shaken when he gets a demand letter from you,if you are going to take my case, kindly let me know if this works for you.

Kindly let me know what your thoughts and considerations are judging from all I have shared so as to know what the next step is.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards

Elio

Brad to the Bone

Dear Shockingly Good Looking Lawyer

Thank you for the quick response to my inquiry
. In the meantime, I am enclosing the loan agreement between myself and the borrower, Ms. Elizabeth Guzman. On the 20th of January 2022, I had invested the sum of $1,000,000 in Elizabeth’s business with the agreement to receive profit. She told me this loan was obtained to advance her business expansion, which is called.

Ba Bar Capitol Hill,

550 12th Ave,

Seattle, WA 98122, United States

This loan agreement has provisions for instalment payment plan (principal plus interest) in the amount of $275,000 quarterly after one year anniversary. So far, I have only received one payment of $275,000 on March 1, 2023.

Since then, I have tried so many efforts to collect the funds to no avail; I think my failure to collect could be blamed on my reluctance to involve myself in legal proceedings. Hence the reason I'm engaging your law firm.

I recently emailed her that I would be seeking legal representation to which her response could be seen below. I did not respond back

I look forward to your representation in this matter. Kindly send me an engagement /Retainer letter
