I believe he would pay up as soon as I get an atoorney because I know that he does not like litigations or legal complications. The previous attorney I contacted was asking for 30% of the money recovered which I find too expensive. I prefer working on a retainer basis. Also I will be needing your service in purchasing a home because my contract will be done in August and I will be moving back to the US. Let me know how much it will cost to handle this matter and let me know if you require any information or documents to handle this matter.

I appreciate hearing back from you. My name is Linda Hotaka. This is a positive breakthrough for me as this development will eventually reduce time and cost for parties involved. However i do not intend to introduce any legal pressure unless the deadline of xxx, 2018 is breached.I hope you understand my position as i intend to introduce litigation as a last resort.
